Since 1999, Fresno Long-Term Care Medical Group has been providing timely, consistent quality care with genuine compassion to our Valley’s Seniors residing in Assisting Living Facilities, Residential care homes , Senior Apartments, Nursing Homes and Home bound patients in their private home.
Fresno Long-term Care Medical Group was founded by Dr AP S Sidhu. Dr Sidhu moved here from New York after completing his MD in Internal Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and a certified Medical Director from American Medical Director Association. Dr. Sidhu also has his MBA from Craig School of Business.
He and his team are dedicated to serving Seniors at different levels of care and are active in serving the community by Volunteering their time and speaking at local events on issues facing today’s Seniors.
In 2008, Dr. Sidhu was bestowed a “Life Time Achievement Award” By Mayor Alan Autry for his contributions to our local seniors in our Community.

Dr AP S Sidhu
Dr AP S Sidhu is board certified in Internal Medicine and a certified Medical Director from American Medical Director Association. He also has his MBA from Craig School of Business.
Dr Narinderpal S Sandhu
Dr Narinderpal S Sandhu was a practing physician in India for many years and working as an FNP with Dr Sidhu from more than 10 years.
Dr. Harkirat Bal
Dr. Harkirat Bal is a doctorally prepared board certified compassionate FNP with a post-doctorate major in Mental Health. Dr. Bal can be reached at hbal@fltcmg.com
Kavneet Sandhu
Kavneet Sandhu, joined FLTC after Graduation and has been taking care of seniors in assisted living and Nursing Homes.
